		<description>i am going to san fran with a 4-month-old as well and it is refreshing to hear that you did also! how did you get around? carrier or stroller? what type of public transportation did you use? my husband will be at a conference all day so i will be alone most of the time with baby and therefore have only one set of hands to travel. want to know where to go and how to do it easiest!!!</description>
